Campout Details:
The Campout at Voyager Bay will be October 9-11, 2026 . Planning night is October 5 during the Troop meeting.
Scouts and chaperones are expected to sleep in tents for this event. Please check the weather and be prepared with appropriate gear.
During the weekend scouts will have an opportunity for mountain and/or paved trail biking in Cuyuna!
All camp attendees need to have on file parts A & B of Scout Annual Health and Medical Record.

Meet with your patrol during the troop meeting 10/5 for meal planning
Meet at Shepherd of the Hills Church (500 Blake Road South) at 5:30pm on Friday for final counts and picking up patrol boxes. Remember to wear Class A uniforms to and from the campout and eat before gathering at the church (or bring bag dinner to eat in the car)!
If you still need Camping Merit Badge Requirement 4b "Help a scout patrol or a Webelos Scout unit in your area prepare for an actual campout, including creating the duty roster, menu planning, equipment needs, general planning, and setting up camp" please consider fulfilling that requirement at this campout.
We need at least 2 Female and 2 Male Chaperones for this campout. Parents please sign up to Chaperone!!!
Adults:
RSVP in TroopTrack by Monday 10/5 if you are able to chaperone (No fee to attend!). Please RSVP under your own name and not as a guest of your scout.
In your scout's Voyager Bay Permission Form please indicate your availability to chaperone and if you are able to assist with driving to/from the campout. Please make sure to indicate if you can bring a bike rack, and if so how many bikes it can carry.
Meet during the troop meeting on 10/5 to confirm transportation and chaperones. Meal planning for adults will also occur at this meeting.
